This message is a continuation of yesterday’s message.
We are discussing about the importance of building an accurate attitude of the heart in receiving corporate word messages.
1. Come in thirst and hunger for God’s Word.
2. The ministry that God is reviving in these last days is the MINISTRY OF THE BODY OF CHRIST (Revelation 12, Ephesians 4:11-16, Philippians 2).
So personal agendas really don’t mean anything! Follow the example of Paul who considered all his personal achievements and agendas are trash. He focused on knowing God and the resurrection of the body of Christ which is far more glorious and valuable than anything else (Philippians 3:1-11, Matthew 13:44).
It is ridiculous if we hold on to things that are worthless and end up losing things that are very noble. So basically, our lives must be set free by the truth! The individualistic spirit is the’bond of the devil’! Realize that and let ourselves be freed by the power of truth!
3. We must actively and aggressively personalize the corporate Word that we receive.
It means to use the Word that we hear every Sunday or every day from a true spiritual father to become material for contemplation and declarations until our lives are changed. Everything becomes accessible (available) and efficient (grow in the grace that gives ability and maturity) to complete God’s agenda corporately.
Why is this definition so important? Because there are many people who personalize the corporate Word according to their own way and understanding.
As a result, there is an alteration in meaning and weight from the true one because of inaccurate tendency of the heart. So if the tendency of our hearts is still ‘individualistic’ then the result of ourselves personalizing the Word will only make us further away from corporate goals, agendas and work.
4. Pay close attention to the tendency of the heart that we have.
Every day ask God to examine and reveal all tendencies of the heart that deviate from God’s heart. understand even more that the role of the tendency of the heart determines whether we are part of the body of Christ or not! So if we ask, why are there people who have been in the movement all this time but have never merged into the corporate work agenda? The answer is very simple, it’s a problem of TENDENCY OF THE HEART.
My prayer this morning for believers who have a tendency of heart that continues to experience divine influence that will make the love for God, love for truth, and love for His people continue to grow more rapidly. All forms of worldly influences, we reject together and we present the work of the Spirit and the Word with a stronger degree to fill the mind. This is the time when the tendency of the heart that is completely infatuated with the truth and the existence of the reality of God is built in the life of a believer – manifested BRIGHTLY, eliminating all forms of darkness. Let this be the foundation of life that never shifts in the slightest, that whatever God’s voice and agenda are can be perceived and carried out accurately!
Isaiah 55:11 (NIV) so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
