The Window of Opportunity

When God says: There is a ‘window of opportunity’ for His people to be able to prepare themselves for the coming great shaking, this must be taken seriously! Because it’s so serious!

Take note, it’s no longer a big chance! It is very small and to enter the window requires the right heart attitude:

  1. Focus on completing God’s will.

As long as we still carry agendas, ambitions, even personal visions (even though we think that they are from God) then we will just go around in circles. It feels like we have progressed, but it turns out that we have never fulfilled God’s plan.

Like ‘ornamental fish’ in an aquarium that looks beautiful to look at (success according to the measure of this world) but never achieves what God wants. Be careful, don’t let us just enjoy life without being in God’s eternal plan. Get rid of various personal ambitions and goals and immediately enter into the ministry of the body of Christ!

  1. Running fast.

The ‘running fast’ meant to increase the level of ‘thirst and hunger’ for the reality of God which conditions us to become individuals who wait on God! To catch up, there is no other way than to pursue God’s reality with sincerity! Without the desire of the heart that only wants the reality of God, then our lives will always be left behind from the pace of movement that is currently rolling.

  1. Guard your heart from all forms of inner conflict.

No matter what the other person’s fault, forgive and forget! Remember, we need to be HEALTHY in completing God’s will! So, take care of our minds and bodies to stay fit! Use Philippians 4:8 as a benchmark for thinking!

Philippians 4:8 (TLB) And now, brothers, as I close this letter, let me say this one more thing: Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the fine, good things in others. Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about.

  1. Follow and build a covenant with a ‘true spiritual father’.

Be like Elisha when he followed Elijah, he died from himself so he could see and get the two parts of the spirit from Elijah. Without a covenant and divine impartation, we will only become victims of the world’s turmoil. But when we walk in a divine pattern, then we will become the solution and experience the reality of God’s sovereignty to declare His mighty works on this earth!

The window of opportunity is still open, but it is a small chance. So, make sure we fix the attitude of the heart not to waste the grace that God has given.

From reading the book of Genesis 1, we can clearly see how God works to make everything ‘good’. There is one sentence that continues to be repeated in every verse, namely: “GOD SAID”. To keep on carrying God’s reality, it  requires a ‘self-emptying’ that gets thicker within us day by day. This condition will never be detached from what we deal every day and how we respond.
