Seeking the Kingdom of God: A Path to Unshakable Wealth and Peace

When conditions are getting more and more economic crisis, many people teach (not a few servants of God also teach) how to get “businesses or strategic investments” to add to existing financial coffers. That is the spirit of the world system that exists to direct people to focus on money and love money more and more, and also depend on money. It’s no wonder that in the end, in the midst of a crisis, the existing social conditions are getting worse because people are getting more selfish!

Different from what God wants: Precisely in the midst of a crisis He wants us to give. Not only giving or sowing materially, but most importantly giving life as a true offering before God! Because there are many people who ‘compete’ to give with various motivations, but their own lives are not dedicated to completing God’s will. Yet what God wants is their lives.

Romans 12:1 (NKJV) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

God does not really need money or material things from us. He wants our lives to be completely for Him. When our hearts are fixed on Him and His will, then for us to give materially is not a difficult matter. Because we have His kingdom, that is the eternal thing and the true treasure. So, there is no attachment between us and money or possessions. That is what makes it easier for us to obey the Spirit’s urge to give or sow.

Luke 12:31-34 (NKJV) But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Compared to unbelievers who have very abundant wealth, we may be believers classified as a “little flock” in this world. But fear not! Because we are given a Kingdom that cannot be shaken!! Just make sure we live only from the Word, live for God’s will, and obey what God commands! Then our lives will not be shaken!

Matthew 24:35 (NKJV) Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

Hebrew 12:26-29 (NKJV) whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.

Stay connected with the reality of the kingdom as a true treasure!! Ensure that every day there is the truth that we continue to obey, and the abundant peace and joy of the Holy Spirit. That is the true treasure that will be sought by kings and many people in the midst of turmoil (Isaiah 2, Isaiah 60). Get ready, through our lives the kingdom of God will wipe out all sorrow and death on this earth (Revelation 21)

I learned something, it turns out that the one who has the right and accurately judges whether we have loved God or not is God Himself. Because who knows this heart? It could be that for one reason or another, our hearts have shifted from a heart that loves God to love ourselves, money, and…
