This message is a continuation of yesterday’s message, we are discussing about the word of ‘milk’ type and the word of ‘solid food’.

Solid food type of word in English translation is written with ’strong meat’ that comes from Greek word ‘trophe’ (read : trof-ay) : food, nourishment and the word ‘stereos’ (read : ster-eh-os) : strong, firm, immovable, solid, hard, rigid.

So, the word of “solid food” can be interpreted as follows: Solid food is the principles of word that are absolute, unshakable or cannot be compromised in the execution or application but when it is received or practiced until it become a new pattern in our life it will actually give freshness or become the food for all our entire being, food for our
spirit, soul or emotions and have a positive influence for our physical bodies.

The principles of the word that are absolute, unshakable or non-compromising in their
implementation or application are often in the form of instructions or commands that we must do and must be done again and again until they are integrated into our lives.
Solid food requires an attitude of heart that is willing to explore understanding, willing to internalize the word and willing to imagine active involvement in the fulfillment of the word, as well as being real actions in daily life. Solid food will bring our lives to shift from an individual (personal) life to a corporate (collective) life.

For example, some time back we have studied together about the principles of prayer and thanksgiving. The Word gives us commands and directions on how we should not worry about anything, but to express all our desires to God through prayer and thanksgiving in an accurate way as God has said.

DIRECTIONS OR WORRIED ABOUT A THING. BE SATURATED IN PRAYER throughout
each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with OVERFLOWING GRATITUDE. TELL HIM EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR LIFE, THEN GOD’S WONDERFUL PEACE that transcends human understanding, WILL MAKE THE ANSWERS KNOWN TO YOU through Jesus Christ.

On another occasion, we have also studied together the truth of the word regarding the principle of the declaration.

James 3:2 (ERV) We all make many mistakes. A person who never said anything wrong would be perfect.

Someone like that would be able to control their whole body too. When we say the principles of the Word that we believe to change a situation but something hasn’t happened yet, that means we have to be more diligent in saying it, never stop or give up before something happens. Keep speaking the word, diligently declaring promises and the statements of word. This is the word of solid food type that we should be able to practice so that our lives will surely experience breakthroughs and victory.

Move from the phase of “spiritual baby” that only eats from the word of ‘milk’ type to the maturity phase by receiving the word as ‘solid food’, we do not become slow (passive) in hearing the word, but accept the word with an open heart and immediately respond with obedience, do the word joyfully and voluntarily.

Live with a clean or pure heart, and always have divine emotions, because His love overflows filling our hearts. So, the power of the word will work to give us growth, strength and whole identity in Christ, because our lives must be built on the foundation of Christ in order to manifest His fullness.

Revival events like the one that happened in the church of Ephesus in the book of Acts 19 will happen again through our lives. When we are no longer slow in hearing the word, but instead we have a heart that fonds of and is full of passion in exploring or studying the word and is determined to meditate on and practice the word.
No matter what type of word we receive, whether word of ‘milk’ type or ‘solid food’, we will always respond accurately that it will produce fruit and have an impact for the glory of His Kingdom. Positioning our lives as people who are blessed, distinguished and privileged by God.

I pray that our lives experience spiritual acceleration and a series of breakthroughs for the glory of God’s Kingdom, for the fulfillment of every will of His plan. Come Thy Kingdom, Thy will be done in me O Lord! Amen!!
