Proverbs 4:23 (NKJV) Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.

Proverbs 4:23 (ERV) Above all, be careful what you think because your thoughts control your life.

We need to retrain our minds to associate with life, not death! Thus, our lives will always be healthy, full of peace, and joy. In fact, we don’t deserve to live a life full of heavy burdens and problems, because basically, whatever problems we experience, they should be ‘outside’ us, they shouldn’t be ‘inside’ us. Within us there should only be the divinity of God!

There is one sentence that the Spirit emphatically says: “We must not think about problems that are always outside of us.” Then the question arises, how can there be a solution without thinking about the problem? Know this, thinking about a problem is not a solution! What God commands is to meditate on the Word and think about the things of the Spirit! God never ordered us to think about existing problems!

Jesus is a person who does not think about problems. He walks on water and even sleeps in a storm! Jesus faced problems, but he didn’t respond to problems. He focused on seeing and doing what the Father was doing. So, He doesn’t respond to problems, but responds to the Father! No wonder Jesus ‘behaved in an unusual way to a problem, so as to bring glory to the Father’. This is what we must practice in our daily lives.

Problems will be solved if our minds are above the problem! This is what makes us experience the power of government with Christ! We only need to speak His Word, then His sovereignty and miracles will be manifest in our daily lives.

Colossians 3:1-4 (NKJV) If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Often the problem we face is the people who make the problem! There is one unusual command of God to keep us above the problem:

Philippians 4:8 (TLB) And now, brothers, as I close this letter, let me say this one more thing: Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the fine, good things in others. Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about.

Our minds need to be retrained to think of the good and beauty in other people – no matter how bad that person is! When our thoughts follow His will, then our thoughts will become powerful prayers and bring about miracles and God’s sovereignty that turns bad things into good ones!

Ephesians 3:20-21 (NKJV) Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

So, stop thinking about problems! Think of the things of the Spirit!

For so long, the churches in Indonesia place their Christian center on the churches in America, so it is not surprising that many churches in Indonesia perform the same things on the stage. Such as the multimedia display with music concerts standard, preachers with celebrity looks, and ‘demonstrations of anointing’ that amaze the congregation. There…

In the journey of life, the Holy Spirit teaches me: “Don’t run beyond the measure of faith’ that has been built, because God is never in a rush. He enjoys every growth process, and patiently shapes us by the work of the Spirit and the Word, until what He desires is manifested in us. Keep…

An example of an apostle who succeeded in duplicating himself was Paul to Timothy. Indeed, this is Paul’s ‘success’ to ensure the movement continues. This is what is often missing in the current ‘movement’ the absence of successors. Paul did not only became a movement figure, but he raised a successor who was exactly the…
