Isaiah 55:10-11 (NIV) As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without
watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

The verse above speaks strongly within me and it’s like THERE IS THE POWER OF THE WORD that is unstoppable. Doesn’t matter the condition of the soil of our hearts that is packed with inner conflict, worries, still love yourself , money and the world, any type of condition can be changed by the Word that comes out of God’s mouth. The power of the Word able to make any type of soil to be fertile!

We only need to open our hearts or willingly accept the truth of the word actively, just like what happened to the Berea congregation. They caught the Word and scrutinize it with an extraordinary thirst.

Acts 17:10-12 (NIV) As soon as it was night, the believers sent Paul and Silas away to Berea. On arriving
there, they went to the Jewish synagogue. Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every
day to see if what Paul said was true. As a result, many of them believed, as did also a number of prominent Greek women and many Greek men.

It made me realize, why are there so many people who haven’t experienced the POWER OF THE WORD to change the soil of their hearts? Turns out it is just a matter of whether you ‘want it or not’. If you want to actively and aggressively grasp the Word and then instill it in your mind, then the power of the Word will work perfectly!

John 1:12-14 (NIV) Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right
to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory,
the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

The word “receive” is written in Greek with the word ‘lambano’, which means: to catch with one’s hand and receive a personage. So when we actively receive the word aggressively and actively, then our lives we will
experience the power of the work of the Spirit and the Word that will make us no longer a group of ordinary people (Revelation 12:17), but a group of people who is born by the Spirit and comes from the truth. who sits reigning with Christ (Revelation 12:5, Revelation 12:10-11).

When the Word has become man (united with our existence), then that’s the moment when we will experience the power of the government of the Kingdom of Heaven that will become evident in our daily lives. The words that come out of our mouths cannot be restrained. What we declare instantly can happen.

Isaiah 51:16 (NIV) I have put my words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of my hand— I
who set the heavens in place, who laid the foundations of the earth, and who say to Zion, ‘You are my people.’”

Jeremiah 1:9-10 (NIV)Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have
put my words in your mouth. See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”

This morning my spirit is on fire, the level of thirst for the Word has increased drastically. I became more confident that all we need is the Word. Through our lives, God will restore everything with just our words! I’m looking forward to that time, and I believe the time has come when we actively and aggressively comprehend the Word!
