Romans 4:17-18 (The Message) We call Abraham “father” not because he got God’s attention by living like a saint, but because God made something out of Abraham when he was a nobody. Isn’t that what we’ve always read in Scripture, God saying to Abraham, “I set you up as father of many peoples”? Abraham was first named “father” and then became a father because he dared to trust God to do what only God could do: raise the dead to life, with a word make something out of nothing. When everything was hopeless, Abraham believed anyway, deciding to live not on the basis of what he saw he couldn’t do but on what God said he would do. And so he was made father of a multitude of peoples. God himself said to him, “You’re going to have a big family, Abraham!”
Through the revelation of the word that comes upon your life, your future will change drastically and dramatically.
1. God wants us to start making every promise that He gives to us as our true identity and future in Christ’ (a new way to see everything).
Ask for the Holy Spirit to help us to be able to see the future and our identity in Christ. Doesn’t matter the condition or the physical factual data that we are facing right now, but the promises and voice of God that comes into our lives will change the current life condition and positions us to experience the fulfillment of His promises!
2. God wants us to cooperate with the Holy Spirit to strive or bring up gratitude and flaming enthusiasm because of the promises of the Word that He has given us(Abraham entered what God had provided for him).
The arising of overflowing gratitude that comes from within shows that we ‘have entered His resting day’. We enter the spiritual dimension where God has finished preparing everything that we need. Fight the spirit of frustration from the devil, because the presence of frustration indicates that we are still doing everything with our human strength!
3. God wants us to strive on a heart that is full with gratitude in all circumstances and time-ensure to keep on flowing profusely (that was the turning point).
At all cost, the Devil will condition ourselves that will cancel this spiritual journey. The devil will instill wrong perceptions, expectations or hopes that we become disappointed because we feel we don’t get what we are looking for or expecting.
4. God wants us to be able to endure or persevere in believing that no matter what conditions or physical data and facts that exist, God’s promises to us surely be fulfilled completely!
Keep on believing on our faith in the power of God who is surely able to fulfill His Word and make us feel comfortable, peaceful and unshakable in our daily lives.
