Becoming a spiritual child of a spiritual father is not a choice and a desire, or something to strive for, but a mandate and destiny from God. It’s the same thing with the physical child. The child cannot choose who the father is, and the father cannot choose who the child is. So as a believer, no need to worry about spiritual fatherhood. Moreover, to compare one spiritual father to another.

Just follow who you have considered as a father. Believe that a true spiritual father will never feel disturbed when someone who has ‘claimed himself’ as a spiritual child but wants to be a child of another spiritual father, go ahead. It means you are not a child.

Because a true spiritual father is not looking for children, because children are God’s reward and mandate!

Psalm 127:3 (NIV) : Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.
The statement above is quite ‘firm’ and could cause ‘difference of opinion’, but that’s the Truth!

The truth must be told to deliver people who have been in polemics that have caused ‘chaos’ in the principles of fatherhood. That is also what Paul highlighted to the Corinthians!

1 Corinthians 4:14-16 (NIV) I am writing this not to shame you but to warn you as my dear children. Even if you had ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel. Therefore I urge you to imitate me.

The problem in the Corinthian congregation was a ‘conflict’ over paternity. As a result, their lives are used by God in extraordinary ways, but they are never in peace, always in conflict. Because they did not focus on Paul’s being who manifested Christ. They receive ‘a lot of teaching’ with assumption that everything is ‘true’. Paul boldly declared that he was an EXPERT BUILDER MASTER! So, if they want to be built to be the temple of His Holy Spirit, then they must have an input that comes from the throne room.

But Paul did not force it! He focused on what God had established and kept going to the finish line. Those who are established as children, always follow faithfully. While those who are not really the children, will go by themselves. The movement will continue. True father and son will continue to collaborate in completing God’s will until finish!#ILove God
